Energy Healing is deep and amazing, but it similar to therapy in that it requires commitment and dedication to heal, and that requires an investment of both time and money. Are you committed to investing in yourself and your healing? Are you ready to stop hiding and drop some of the excuses that are holding you back? Sometimes staying where we are, even if unpleasant, feels safe and comfortable. Are you truly ready to leave your comfort zone and take radical responsibility for your life? These aren't rhetorical questions. Think about it, feel into any resistance you experience and decide whether you're going to let the scared and conditioned part of you make the choice for you or if you decide to feel the fear and resistance and move forward anyway.
